Tammy Smitham, Vice President, Communications, Spin Master

An experienced communications professional with a passion for innovation and driving results, Tammy Smitham joined Spin Master, a leading children’s entertainment company, in 2018 as Vice President, Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility. She currently leads global external and internal communications, public relations, organic social media brand channels, influencer relations and corporate social responsibility.

Prior to joining Spin Master, Tammy managed communications functions for a number of publicly-traded Canadian companies including Aimia (Aeroplan), Loblaw Companies Limited and Shoppers Drug Mart. During her career, she has developed and executed strategic communication plans across a variety of business categories including pharmacy, healthcare, food retailing and beauty, with the goal of enhancing, promoting and protecting brand reputation.
