Carlos Pachero, VP Audience Development Boat Rocker Media

Carlos Pacheco is Boat Rocker Media’s Vice President of Audience Development. Working in tandem with the Senior VP of Digital, the Social, and Distributions teams to develop audience engagement, growth, and monetization strategies for over 100 Boat Rocker Media brands and Divisions as well as a multitude of third-party libraries and relationships.

Prior to Boat Rocker, Carlos was the Digital Director at Just for Laughs, where he oversaw the building of new businesses and strategy, significantly growing and managing multiple YouTube properties, including Just for Laughs Gags as well as new digital content distribution deals. Prior to joining JFL, Carlos worked for 14 years as a marketing media strategist at Cossette and Touché!
